- As a condition of your use of this website, you represent that you are of legal age to enter and use the products you purchase. You must be 18 years or older to purchase and use CBD/hemp products.

AffixPatch will have no obligation to inform the user of any reproduction (regardless if the user owns a copyright for those works) and will maintain the right to do so without limitation and liability. 

- You may not upload, distribute, or publish through AffixPatch content that is libelous, defamatory, obscene, threatening, illegal, invasive, or in violation of another person or organization in any way.  

 

Marketing 

- AffixPatch offers email-based marketing programs, which, by opting into, the user authorizes marketing communication. The user may opt out at any time by unsubscribing from email messages or contacting hello@affixpatch.com.

Dispute Resolution

- The laws of the State of Michigan govern this website and the Terms of Service, including any and all claims arising from the use of our products or this website except cases where jurisdiction belongs to the United States federal government.

- In the event that there is a dispute, claim, or controversy between you and AffixPatch or any other third-party service provider acting on our behalf the user agrees to resolve any dispute by filing the dispute with the Courts of Michigan. 

- In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to submit to binding arbitration in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) then in effect. The arbitrator’s award shall be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. No arbitration under these Terms of Service may be joined with another arbitration related to the subject matter hereof, and we each agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated or representative action. If for any reason a claim proceeds in court rather than in arbitration, we each waive any right to a jury trial.

- The parties agree to arbitrate solely on an individual basis, as this agreement does not permit class arbitration or any claims brought as a plaintiff or class member in any class or representative arbitration proceeding. Except as may be required by law, neither a party nor the arbitrator may disclose the existence, content, or results of any arbitration without the prior written consent of both parties, unless to protect or pursue a legal right. If any term or provision of this Section is invalid, illegal, or unenforceable in any jurisdiction, that shall not invalidate or render unenforceable any other term or provision of this Section in any other jurisdiction. This arbitration provision shall survive any cancellation or termination of your agreement to participate in any of our Programs. 

 

Prices, Promotions, and Subscribe & Save

- Prices are subject to change at any time. Customers enrolled in the Subscribe and Save program will be notified of any price changes in advance of their next shipment. 

- Certain features of our site require the user to enter personal information including name, email, phone number, address, and/or credit card number, including the coupon code for email sign up. This coupon cannot be stacked with the Subscribe and Save discount. Customers can opt out of email communication at any time. 

- Subscribe and save subscriptions can be cancelled at any time, however cancellations MUST be made greater than 1 business day in advance of the next shipment in order to avoid the order being processed and card on file charged.  

- Not all coupon codes stack nor are all valid with Subscribe and save discount
