Return Policy

We care about our customers and are proud to offer a 30 day return policy on our products if you do not like them.

 

Our policy lasts 30 days from the delivery of your product. If 30 days have gone by since the receipt of the product, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange. 

 

To be eligible for a return, your product must be unopened, unused and in the same condition and packaging that you received it.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. When approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment for the full purchase amount.

 

Late or missing refunds

It may take 3-5 business days before your refund is officially posted to your credit card account. If you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hello@affixpatch.com.

 

Exchanges

We replace items if they are of incorrect size or do not fit you properly, and items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@affixpatch.com.

 

Shipping

Please contact us hello@affixpatch.com to setup shipping.

 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning or exchanging your item. 

 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

 

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for returns lost in the mail.
